The Marketing Bureau has undertaken a comprehensive review of the business, the brand and the sales and marketing strategies and activities of RPC, resulting in the development of a Marketing Strategy and Plan that is currently moving into its implementational phase.

Areas of activity include a Client Satisfaction Benchmark Study, a new visual Identity Scheme soon to be launched, training in Professional Services Marketing for all management and staff and a comprehensive Marketing Communications Programme.
