In late 2013/early 2014, the RNZSPCA retained The Marketing Bureau Ltd to review, analyse and assess the concept, development, management, implementation and performance & outcomes of the RNZSPCA Blue Tick Programme.
The Brief also called for the development and submission of detailed, actionable Recommendations on the future development of the Programme including proposed Objectives, Strategies, Management and Implementation.
We completed a Business & Marketing Audit, developed detailed recommendations based on the Audit results and developed and submitted a detailed Business & Marketing Plan for the future development and operation of the Blue Tick Programme.
